Proposly is a proposal management tool that lets you create, send, and get proposals electronically signed. We provide the platform as-is and continuously work to improve it.
Proposly provides electronic signature functionality. Electronic signatures created through Proposly are intended to be legally binding under the eIDAS Regulation (EU) and the ESIGN Act (US).
Each signature includes an audit trail with timestamp, IP address, email verification, and document hash for integrity verification.
Proposly does not provide legal advice. You are responsible for ensuring your use of electronic signatures complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Proposly offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. Prices are displayed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days notice.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period.
You retain full ownership of all content you create in Proposly, including proposals, text, and uploaded files.
You grant Proposly a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Proposly is provided as-is without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
